Course Operation:  27 holes, Tom Fazio design, A! Bentgrass, 419 Bermuda Tees, fairways and roughs.

Landscape Manager

Atlanta Country Club
Marietta, GA

Primary Purpose:  The prestigious Atlanta Country Club is seeking a Landscape Manager with a great eye for detail, design experience, and extensive knowledge of plants/trees. This is a hands on position which will assist the Golf Course Superintendents in assuring that that the Club is landscaped to the highest of industry and Club standards. The Landscape Manager will oversee a landscape maintenance crew in performing general landscape duties on a day to day basis.
Duties: Oversee the development and management of landscaping throughout the golf course, clubhouse and common areas. Assist in budget preparation with regard to landscaping materials and crew requirements. Manage, coordinate, train and monitor the performance of the landscape crew to be safe and efficient.  Suggest design improvements and make plant/tree recommendations.  Ability to interface with Club Members when questions or concerns arise.  Must be flexible and is required to perform any job as requested by the Golf Course Superintendents that may be necessary for landscaping throughout the property.
Salary:
$16-$18/hr depending on experience.

Requirements:
Applicants should have a minimum of 3‐5 years’ experience in Landscape maintenance with some experience in a supervisory role. Formal education in the landscape or horticulture field is preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Special Requirements: Self-motivated and detail oriented.  Work outside in extreme elements all year around.

Assistant Superintendent

Healy Point Country Club
Macon, GA

Course Operation: Healy Point is a private country club with Tifdwarf greens and 419 tees, fairways, and rough. We have 18 holes and a large pool and tennis facility. Healy Point is a Gary Player design and was built in 1972.
Duties:
The assistant superintendent will be involved with every aspect of course set up and maintenance. He/she will also be involved with crew training and coaching/leading the crew. The assistant will also work with the superintendent on budgeting and agronomy planning.
Salary:
$35,000-$40,000 (discussed more in depth at interview).

Requirements:
