Assistant Superintendent

Course Operation:
RiverPines is a single private owner daily fee golf course in Johns Creek that was designed by Dennis Griffith and opened in 1991. We have 27 holes 18 hole championship course and 9 hole par 3.The greens are SR 1020 bentgrass, 419 fairways and rough and some Zoysia tees. Toro Lynx irrigation.
Duties: Candidate should be highly motivated. The Assistant is involved in all areas of course management Scheduling, Managing crew daily, Chemical applications, irrigation repair and any other job required to maintain property.
Salary: $20-$21 per hour.
Benefits: Health, Dental,Paid Vacation, Paid State and National Association Dues and paid continuing education. Every Friday and Saturday off.
Requirements: 2-4 year degree in turf management or related field and GA pesticide license. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Jekyll Island is dedicated to maintaining the delicate balance between nature and humankind through conservation, education, and preservation. As a State Park, Jekyll Island is a coastal haven where nature and humans peacefully co-exist. In 1898, members of the Jekyll Island Club created the island’s first golf course. Our island has been a heralded golf destination ever since, attracting such acclaimed designers as Donald Ross, Walter Travis and Joe Lee – as well as players from around the world. Duties: Under general direction and guidelines from the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent assists in all areas of golf course maintenance. Daily responsibilities include planning, assigning, directing of staff, and assisting in the operation of turf maintenance and irrigation systems. Ideal candidate is career minded with a great attitude and communication skills plus attention to detail and a passion for golf course maintenance.
Salary: Up to $42,000 salary.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail, great attitude and passion for golf course maintenance. It plays host to the annual PGA TOUR Wyndham Championship, as well as the Women's ACC Championship, and the AJGA Haas Family Invitational. Sedgefield CC was ranked #11 by Golf Digest for 2017-18' as "The Best Golf Courses in North Carolina". COURSE DESCRIPTION: 18 hole private facility. Champion Bermuda greens with Bermuda tee/fairways/roughs.
Duties: We are seeking a candidate that is a highly motivated and a career driven person. This candidate must possess a positive mental attitude, attention to detail is a must, be a team player and team leader. This person must also have a true passion for this industry and have a willingness to continue to grow and develop professionally. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Superintendent and the senior Assistant to successfully provide our members and guest with a great golfing experience day in and day out. Indian Hills Country Club is a 27-hole full private facility, with 18 holes Crenshaw bentgrass and 9 holes of newly renovated TifEagle greens, 419 bermudagrass tees, fairways, and rough designed by Joe Lee.
Duties: Duties include but are not limited to: Assist Golf Course Superintendent with daily operations, daily golf course set-up, lead crew on in-house projects, fertilizer/pesticide application as well as calibration of equipment, irrigation troubleshooting/repair, and all other duties as assigned by Director of Golf Courses and Grounds and GCS.
Salary: $38,000.

Salary: $47,000-$50,000 DOE.
